Abigail Mortimore | director

With a diverse background in marketing and communications, Abigail helps deliver comprehensive and integrated marketing solutions to the clients of ELISE.

In addition to her work with ELISE, Abigail is also a marketing consultant to Regence, the BlueCross BlueShield Association subsidiary in the Pacific Northwest. She advises Regence on how to drive awareness about its consumer directed healthcare vision through myRegence.com, its member health and wellness Web portal.

Previously, Abigail had served as the primary technology evangelist for Regence, working to increase myRegence.com’s user engagement by serving as both a spokesperson and product marketing manager, in addition to helping with Web and business development. Abigail also spent time in the start-up world as the marketing director at responDESIGN, developers of Yourself!Fitness, a personal training fitness program for the game console and PC.

Abigail started her professional career at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, where she provided public relations counsel to key Microsoft initiatives and products including Windows XP, Windows 98, Windows Media Technologies, Microsoft Home, Microsoft Silicon Valley campus and Microsoft corporate/brand.

Abigail has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, where she double majored in journalism/public relations and psychology. She is currently studying digital/graphic design and Web development at New York University.
